Interfering with Site security or functionality
Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Site
4. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, and code on the Site are the property of Amigo Construction or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: The Site is provided “as-is.” Amigo Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amigo Construction’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to $1,000.
6. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts in Cameron County, Texas.
